All search requests are matched against the PMID field (which lists all papers involving this patient), the Phenotype field, and the Unique ID (which is a composite of the index PMID and patient ID within that paper). You can use the '%' sign as a wildcard. For example:
- Searching for 'Unpublished_%' would return all breakpoints labeled
'Unpublished' (Because the underscore means it will search only the
unique ID field). A search for 'unpublished' would return all breakpoints
for which there is unpublished/unindexed data (as hits would also be
found in the PMID field).
- Searching for '324525%' would likely return all breakpoints published
in the paper whose Pubmed ID (PMID) is 324525, plus all breakpoints
which refer back to this field.
- Searching for 'Autism', 'Williams', or 'Renal' would return breakpoints
which have phenotypic data including those terms.
All search lists are capped at 100 entries.. a 'MORE' link at the bottom can be used to move forward to the next 100 entries.
Searches are NOT case sensitive.
